Meet GingerontheGo!Â
Hi! 🙂 Welcome to my blog, GingerontheGo! As a blog reader, I invite you to join me on my nonstop journeys. On the go accurately describes my lifestyle. As a Manhattanite, I am literally always on the go. If you enjoy global travel, NYC history, museums, and culture, with a touch of fashion, you’ll feel right at home here. When I get the chance, I escape the city. Once a month in the colder months, and every weekend when summer hits! I have a few fun trips planned for 2016 and hopefully some even bigger ones for 2017! I originally started sharing photos on Facebook so my relatives could follow my adventures. Eventually, I decided it was time to share my adventures with the world, and thus GingerontheGo was created.
The purpose of this blog is to share my travel, culture, and fashion. After living in NYC 11 years, I’ve discovered some secret gems, but no matter how long you live here there will always be something new to discover! I hope that my journeys away from my beloved city will both inspire and inform you as you create your own global itineraries. And while this might overlap with BOTH of the previous categories, I will keep you informed and up to date on where my favorite fashion items come from!  You’ll find my sense of fashion is definitely classic, preppy, and conservative –very much inspired by Kate Middleton.
I’m an entrepreneur based in New York City. I run a growing tutoring company for students with disabilities. While 90% of my students have dyslexia, I also work with children with autism and other disabilities. I love my job and can’t imagine doing anything else for a career! I have degrees in education, history, and business, and I think it will show in my postings.
Please feel free to contact me any time!
XO,
